SeltzertopiaLive! in Columbus, Ohio

This weekend was my first time visiting Columbus, Ohio. I have always heard it was a city with fine food, contemporary art, and good people; I’m glad to report at every turn it failed to disappoint.

This event was my first one in association with a Museum – The Columbus Jewish Historical Society – in association with their local JCC. The Museum had an exhibit with a perfect match – From Bris to Brisket – which included a section on three local soda water manufacturers.

The event had no RSVP so I had no idea if anyone was even coming until until 10 minutes before the start of the talk – and then the room quickly turned into a standing-room only event. The Columbus crowd was a pure delight, asked wonderful questions, and couldn’t have been a better seltzer host.
