Seltzertopia on CBS News

I was thrilled when CBS News reported live from the Brooklyn Seltzer Museum and took a moment to highlight my book, described so beautifully my Kenny Gomberg (who is in it).

Welcome!

Welcome to the website for the book project by Barry Joseph for Seltzertopia: The Effervescent Age - the 1st book on the surprising history and cultural importance of seltzer water.

The project began in 2005, and this site's blog goes back to the early days of the project. This history includes an old podcast series as well. For more up-to-date information, please look to the blog, the Facebook group, and the Twitter feed.
