We had a good time yesterday on Long Island at Temple Beth Am where my new Seltzertopia presentation included a seltzer tasting contest.

After almost seven years and four dozen presentations, I thought it was time to mix things up a bit.

Since I launched Seltzertopia in 2018, a few things have changed in my seltzer-life, the primary one being I founded the Brooklyn Seltzer Museum with Alex Gomberg. My original presentation used the publication of my book as the spine of the talk; now I am using the Museum as the spine. That allows me to repurpose much of my old content and bring in lots of new content as well.

This audience was also a fun challenge, with up to three and possible four generations in the same room, but I think we pulled it off – and the always-a-hit flavored seltzer tasting contest was a blast.
